Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Millets are perishable food items, and as such, returns are generally not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled millets, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

2. Damaged or Spoiled Millets:

  • If you receive millets that are damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unfit for consumption, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request evidence such as photographs to assess the issue.

3. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds or exchanges for damaged or spoiled millets will be issued at the discretion of our customer service team. We may offer a replacement product or provide a refund for the affected items.
